Return & Cancellation Policy

1. General Terms

This return and cancellation policy applies to all purchases made through Anatolia Shield’s official website (www.anatoliashield.com) or through our authorized dealers. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.

2. Return Conditions

✔ To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
• The invoice or delivery note must be provided along with the returned product.
  ✔ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Returns must be sent to our Anatolia Shield Warehouse Address.

3. Non-Returnable Products

❌ Products that are custom cut, color-specific, or specially produced upon customer request
❌ Customized products or made-to-order items
❌ Products that have been installed or applied
❌ Products that are damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or improper handling by the customer

4. Damaged Product & Delivery Issues

✔ If you notice any damage to the product packaging during delivery, do not accept the package and request a damage report from the courier.
✔ If damage or missing items are detected after delivery, please notify us within 24 hours.
✔ If the damage is confirmed, the return shipping costs will be covered by us.

5. Return Process & Refunds

✔ Once we receive your returned product, it will go through an inspection process, which takes up to 3 business days.
✔ If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
✔ For payments made by Cash on Delivery, customers must provide their bank account details for the refund.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

✔ You can cancel your order before it has been shipped.
✔ If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation process will follow our standard return procedure.
